Mouth measuring

A distressed and gagged woman is tied to a chair, her eyes filled with fear as a man wearing a disturbing grin approaches. He grabs a tape measure and begins to wrap it around her head, pressing it tightly against her mouth. With each inch of tape, she whimpers louder, her struggling growing more frantic. The man's grin widens as he pulls the tape measure taut and marks the spot with a permanent marker.
