Blue balls

A man, visibly frustrated, is in a room with a woman who seems to be enjoying his discomfort. She plays with his emotions, teasing him about his desires. He pleads with her, begging for release from the pain of blue balls. She laughs and taunts him, refusing to give in to his pleas. The tension between them grows thick as he grows more desperate. Eventually, she offers him a way out - but there's a catch. To relieve the pain, he has to do something humiliating and degrading in front of her, which only serves to heighten the intensity of the situation. The man is left with an impossible choice: endure the agony or submit to her twisted demands.
