A man, obsessed with pantyhose, secretly watches a woman put them on in her car. He follows her to her job and as she goes about her day, he fantasizes about ripping them off and exposing her flesh. Finally, he confronts her in a dark alley after she leaves work, forcing her to succumb to his desires. The scene escalates as he violently rips her pantyhose apart while she pleads for mercy.
